The Mywellness app by Technogym is a valuable tool that can greatly enhance your experience at your club, whether you are training indoors or outdoors. With its completely redesigned look and feel, the app offers four key areas for you to explore:
<ul>
<li>Facility Area: Discover all the services and offerings available at your club and choose the ones that interest you most.</li>
<li>My Movement: This section allows you to easily access and manage your chosen activities, including your personal program, booked classes, joined challenges, and other activities you have selected at your club.</li>
<li>Results: Keep track of your progress, collect MOVEs (activity points), and strive to become more active every day.</li>
<li>Other: In this new section, you can provide feedback, sync your fitness apps, and connect your heart rate band for a seamless experience.</li>
</ul>

When using the Mywellness app in Technogym equipped clubs, you can enjoy the best experience by easily connecting with each equipment through Bluetooth or QR Code. The app will automatically set up the equipment according to your program, and all your results will be conveniently tracked on your Mywellness account.

Add to this the convenience of manually logging MOVEs or syncing with popular fitness apps such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag, and Withings.

<li>Customized Programs: Receive a personalized and comprehensive training program tailored to your needs, including cardio, functional or strength exercises, group classes, and various sport activities. Access exercise instructions and tutorial videos, conveniently track your progress by logging into Mywellness, and connect with Technogym equipment no matter where you are in the world.</li>
<li>Superior Classes Experience: Easily find and book classes of interest using the Mywellness app. Receive smart reminders to ensure you remember your reservations. When attending a class on Technogym Group Cycle Connect equipment, you'll enjoy a unique experience with your trainer and fellow participants. Immediately review your class results on the app and secure your spot for the next class. You can also explore featured classes offered at your center and even book classes across multiple facilities within the club chain if your subscription allows it.</li>
<li>Outdoor Activity Tracking: Keep track of your outdoor activities directly on the Mywellness app or automatically sync data from other fitness applications.</li>
<li>Engaging Challenges: Participate in challenges organized by your club, enhancing your motivation to train and improve your ranking in real time.</li>
<li>Body Measurements: Easily monitor your body measurements, such as weight and body fat, and track your progress over time.</li>
